During our one-on-one sessions, we discuss and understand the personal history that has informed your current thoughts, feelings and behaviors regarding food. We identify your priorities and then work on building the skills and strategies that will enable you to reach your short and long-term goals.

We can create your shopping list right in your cart!

2-hour private or small group cooking class tailored to your unique needs.

Our Process

Before Your Visit

It is important to me that you feel we are a great fit. Before your first session, we will connect on a 15-minute phone call for you to get to know me and decide how we can work together to achieve your goals. We will discuss your health and wellness goals, what type of support you are looking for, how I can best provide that support, and next steps.

First Session

This session is all about you! Our first session will be a 60-minute video call. Whether from the comfort of your own home or your workplace, we will talk through your goals, past challenges,  personal and family medical history, and anything else you are comfortable sharing. My goal in this session is to gather as much information as possible to help you.

Follow-Up Sessions

We will set the frequency, duration, and content of your follow-up sessions together. During each session, we will discuss the strategies from our previous session, obstacles or challenges, and meaningful steps forward. We'll work together to build you an achievable roadmap to reach your goals and provide you the personalized support that you need.
